1. Are You An Experienced Florist?
We have been in the florist industry for over 20 years and only employ qualified and experienced florists – crafting our unique designer products (read more in ‘About us’ section.

2. What Type Of Business Are You?
We are a Sole Trader within the E-Commerce sector and do not have a shop premises for you to visit.

3. Do You Still Own A Shop?
No. We have now transfered to the E-Commerce sector.

4. What Are Your Opening Times?
Available for queries: - Monday to Saturday 9 am till 5 pm
Closed: - Sundays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day. Queries and or quotes or bookings can be made via our ‘Contact Us’ page.

5. Do You Need To Know The Date Of MY Wedding?
Yes. Please e-mail us the date of your wedding when ordering. We like to get the flowers to you as soon as possible.

6. Can I Book A Specific Date & Leave a Deposit?
Yes. It is advisable to book your date as soon as you can. Dates soon become fully booked in the height of the wedding season. We only accept a certain number of orders per week, so we do get booked up pretty quickly. Any funds paid will be deducted from your final bill. Pre-booked order cancellation will result in deposit forfeit. We have to decline weddings once a date is taken, so therefore loose customers once that date has been booked by you. A booking fee/deposit of £40 will secure your date in the diary, and that amount will be deducted from the final bill.

7. How Far In Advance Of My Wedding Do I Need To Place My Order With You?
It is always best to allow as much time as possible. Usually we recommend at least 3 or 4 months before your wedding to allow for us to obtain products from our suppliers. It’s not uncommon for people to order 9 or 12 months in advance.

8. How Long Will My Order Take?
We aim to have your order out within 2 weeks, however depending on availability your order may take up to 28 days. We can sometimes do ‘last minute’ orders, but please e-mail us first to see if we can fit you in (less than 2 weeks). Please bear in mind that we will endeavour to get your bouquet / flowers to you as quickly as we can. Products can take up to a week for us to receive them before we can start your order. Once your order is completed and the flowers are fully paid for, we shall dispatch them to you promptly. Shipping allowance should be considered at between 1 to 4 working days depending on which service is chosen.

9. Can I make changes to a bouquet?
Yes, if you want a slight change just email us your request. Minor changes such as ribbon colour are usually made for no additional charge. Bead and or diamante changes can be done quite easily on request.
We don't offer custom design services but we can make minor changes to an existing design. We offer a broad selection of bouquets and corsages online for weddings for a fair price. If you don't see something you like today, check back often - we're always posting new designs on our website.

10. Are All The Flowers On Your Site Examples Of Your Work?
The entire collection of designer pieces are all our own work & as stated elsewhere, we do, on the odd occasion, obtain’ pre made’ bouquets which are offered as a “special offer” for brides on a strict budget. All Buttonholes, Corsages, Wrist Corsages are all made by us and the larger bouquets etc.

11. I Like One Of Your Bouquets But It’s The Wrong Colour?
As per question 9, we will accomodate minor changes, but do not cater for bespoke orders. Our listed bouquets change frequently.

12. Do You Make Table Arrangements or Pew Ends To Match My Wedding Flower Order?
Pew Ends can be made to match your colour scheme, please e-mail us for details.

13. Do You Do Fresh Flowers Too?
No. We only work with the finest silk and artificial flowers / materials.

14. Are The Flowers Really Made Of Silk?
Some are, but it’s a general name for synthetic flowers to be called “silk”, but they are made from many things, such as foam, synthetic materials etc even plastic in some cases! Please note, sometimes our suppliers will change a flower for one that is similar to the flowers we need for your order or will discontinue a line completely without notice to us; therefore we cannot guarantee we will not have to substitute an item for a similar item, but we will try our best to obtain it from other outlets before substituting the item completely for one similar.

15. Is There A Minimum Order?
Absolutely not. We aim to work to your budget at all times, and we will do all we can to make your day one to remember for all the right reasons.

16. Can I make Minor Changes To My Wedding Flower Order?
Yes. We can change minor things like the colour of the ribbons (e-mail us with your colour scheme before placing your order).

17. How Can I Stick To My Budget?
Although our designer bouquets can be outside of some peoples budget. We often advise B2B (Brides to be) to purchase the matching, smaller “Bridesmaids” bouquet, which are the same colours, but a smaller version of the larger bouquet. We can usually find a happy outcome for brides on the tightest budget!

18. If i have paid a deposit when do i pay the remainder?
The final balance will be due 4 weeks prior to your wedding. Your flowers will be dispatched promptly after that. Please note that we cannot send out any flowers that have not been paid for.

19. Do You Send Flowers Out Before Payment?
No, all products must be paid for in full before they are sent to you. We have to buy in products before we can make up your order.

20. Can I Pay Over The Phone?
As we are an internet based only E-commerce sole trader, we unfortunately only accept Paypal at this time.

21. Can I Pay By Credit Or Debit Card?
Yes, we accept all major credit and debit cards using Paypal as our Merchant. Simply pay using Paypal as a Guest and enter your details.

22. I Don’t Have A Credit Card, Can I Pay By Postal Order Or Bank Draft?
Yes. We also accept both methods of payment. If you e-mail us we will send you the details. Alternatively, PayPal payment is available.

23. Is My Credit Card Charged When I Checkout?
Yes. All items ordered on the website must be paid for before we can start. We need to order in specific items for your order so that we can start work as soon as possible to complete your order, even though we won’t be dispatching your flowers immediately.

24. Where Do You Ship To?
Most flowers are sent using “Royal Mail” recorded/signed for/tracked.
We ship flowers anywhere on the UK mainland including Northern Ireland and Isle of White.
Should you reside outside these areas and are unsure about shipping fees, you should request a quote via e-mail through our ‘Contact us’ page before ordering.
When shipping outside the UK, the responsibility of delivering the flowers lays with that particular countries delivery system, and unfortunately we cannot be held responsible as to when your flowers will be received. So if ordering from another country allow plenty of time for delivery.
Shipping outside the UK will incur additional delivery charges etc so e-mail us for further details before placing your order with us.

25. I am Concerned That My Flowers Will Get Damaged In The Post?
All our flowers are carefully packed in cellophane which holds them firmly in place inside the packaging box. The box is strong and sturdy (all boxes are new and unused). All parcels are insured for damage in the unlikely event they will be damaged or lost! So far this has not occurred. For your peace of mind, we advise ordering your flowers well in advance of the wedding.

26. Deliveries.
Please make sure when ordering products that you specify an address where someone will be in to sign for your delivery. In some instances the courier or mail service may charge an extra fee if no one is there to accept the delivery and they have to deliver your parcel again.
All deliveries will require a signature upon arrival, all packages are sent either recorded signed for/tracked. If you need “next day delivery” (extra postage costs are incurred).
When your parcel arrives please make sure that you check the package to ensure it is not damaged in any way before signing for it with the currier or postal service. If it is damaged in any way you will need to sign the delivery note accordingly so that we can process a claim for you. If you notice that the item or items are damaged after signing for the goods without noting there is damage on the couriers delivery form, then we regret that we cannot offer a refund. For a claim to be made we need evidence that the package was damaged by the delivery courier of postal service, and without that, we have no credence with the delivery company.
